Before you can use the Signature Pad, you need to set it up.
Follow the set up instructions here.
1. To start the capturing process, go to the Point of Sale and select a Member. The signature should be displayed in the area, shown with the red border here.
2. Click on that area to start the capturing process. Now you can see a popup window like the next screenshot.
3. Furthermore on the signature pad appears a new screen with buttons on the bottom. The customer can now insert his signature. After clicking 'OK' on the pad, then the popup on the PC will disappear and you can see the Signature in the Point of Sale.
